Abstract: NATO is at the crossroads of technology and data availability causing leadership to function in the middle of a new technological RMA characterized by a mix of modern and antiquated work processes. The Alliance must adapt its operational processes to meet evolving demands for more information, better intelligence, and greater speed. It must implement data management processes to augment and improve battlefield visualization and improve operational decision-making.
